Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Each piece is quality-checked before it leaves our studio.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

Shipping Charges

From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping as part of special collections or seasonal offerings.

If your order experiences an unexpected delay or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 24 hours so we may promptly assist you.
Package Refusal
Orders that are refused at the time of delivery or returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts may be subject to return shipping charges, which will be deducted from any applicable refund. Damaged or Missing Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and an unboxing video, to help us resolve the matter swiftly.
