No Return / No Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, hygiene standards, limited-stock production, and small-batch operations, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered successfully.
Sizing Advice
Kids grow fast! If you’re between sizes or unsure which size to choose, we recommend ordering one size larger for a more comfortable fit and longer wear. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order to help minimize the need for returns or exchanges.
We encourage customers to review:
- Product descriptions
- Size charts
- Material details
- Color information before placing an order.
Exceptions (Damaged / Incorrect Product)
A replacement or resolution may be provided only if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive an incorrect item.
To be eligible:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video, clear product images and order details must be shared to – support@lilbuddha.in
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Color & Appearance Disclaimer
The colors may not always match the provided designs exactly and could slightly differ.
Actual product colors may vary slightly due to:
- Lighting during photography
- Screen/mobile display settings
- Fabric dye variations
Minor variations shall not be considered as defects.
Safety Note
All prints used on our garments are designed to be safe for everyday wear and are produced using child-friendly printing methods. However, every child has unique skin sensitivities. If you notice any irritation, redness, or discomfort, discontinue use immediately and consult your pediatrician or healthcare professional.
Measurement tolerance:
Please be aware that a measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel products and is not eligible for returns or refunds.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification. If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, we are not liable for refunds of such products. If the pin code becomes unserviceable after placing the order, we are not responsible for the return and no refunds are processed.
Careful Unboxing
You are advised to unbox packages carefully. If damaged by scissors or sharp objects, refunds or replacements aren’t possible unless Unpacking videos are provided and images of the courier cover are sent. If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, we are not liable for refunds/replacement of such products.
If the package appears damaged upon receipt, note the damage in the courier’s delivery remarks. This helps in claiming a refund from the courier service.
