No Return / No Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, hygiene standards, limited-stock production, and small-batch operations, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered successfully.

We encourage customers to review:

  • Product descriptions
  • Size charts
  • Material details
  • Color information

before placing an order.

Exceptions (Damaged / Incorrect Product)

A replacement or resolution may be provided only if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive an incorrect item.

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • An unboxing video and clear product images must be shared to – support@lilbuddha.in
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Color & Appearance Disclaimer

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to:

  • Lighting during photography
  • Screen/mobile display settings
  • Fabric dye variations

Minor variations shall not be considered as defects.

Measurement tolerance:

Please be aware that a measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel products and is not eligible for returns or refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification. If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, we are not liable for refunds of such products.

Careful Unboxing

You are advised to unbox packages carefully. If damaged by scissors or sharp objects, refunds or replacements aren’t possible unless Unpacking videos are provided and images of the courier cover are sent.
