Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • An incorrect item was delivered

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made beyond this period may not be accepted.

Verification Process

To help us assess your request promptly, we require:

  • Clear photographs and an unboxing video

  • Order details and a brief description of the issue

Once verified, our team will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products purchased during sales or special promotions

  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling

  • Orders refused at the time of delivery (return shipping charges may apply)

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error on our part.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
